Plain-language rules for using FiftySeven Labs. Read carefully — this is the agreement between you and us.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
Acceptable use
Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute course material. Do not attempt to break, probe, or overload the service. Do not use the platform to harass other learners or to post unlawful content.
Course content
All course videos, lesson notes, code samples, and diagrams are the intellectual property of FiftySeven Labs or our contributors. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use them while your account is active.
Payments and refunds
Paid tracks are billed as described at checkout. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the paid material.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
Changes
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will notify signed-in users by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
